StabilTech provides soil stabilization services for residential and commercial properties in the DFW, Texas area. Our services include hand injections for homeowners and tractor injections for developments and builders.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions and scope of work.
4. Limitation of Liability
StabilTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services rendered.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from StabilTech. This includes both service-related messages (appointment reminders, quotes, service updates, and follow-up communications) and promotional messages (special offers and company updates) if you opt in. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Automated Technology
You acknowledge that the SMS messages you receive may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or other automated technology. You confirm that you are the subscriber or a primary user of the telephone number you provided.
3. Message Frequency
Maximum 5 messages per month. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Messages may include service inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and promotional content if you have opted in.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. StabilTech is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.
5. Opt-In Confirmation
Upon submitting your phone number and opting in, you will immediately receive a confirmation message containing: the program description, message frequency disclosure, opt-out instructions, help instructions, and data rates disclosure. The confirmation message will read:
“Welcome to StabilTech Texts! You are subscribed to service & promo msgs (Max 5 msgs/month). Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. For help, call (469) 908-1989.”
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from StabilTech unless you re-subscribe.

8. Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
